This is the first variety of Angelonia, a shrub native of South America, ever to be available from seed for the home gardener. It is a bit shorter than other Angelonias, with 10" to 12" stems on well-branched plants 12" to 14" wide. Treat like a Salvia in a hot, dry position in your garden, however it also fares well in moist soils and is ideal for containers. It doesn't need to be deadheaded as fresh flowering stems simply arise to replace the old ones!

Angelonica although a tender perennial is best grown as an annual in the UK and the Serena range comes in four colours, lavender pink, purple, and white. Blooms 13 to 14 weeks from sowing.
