As part of our customer service we are always looking for exciting or unusual new seeds on a regular basis, all of these  are consolidated into our website as they become available but we like to highlight them in this section. Although these new seeds appear within each category, the following is a growing and working list of all new items for the coming season.

Annona muricata is another species of the genus Annona or custard apple family which have edible fruit. This fruit is usually called Soursop due to its slightly acidic but sweet taste when ripe. Extracts from the leaves have been used for the treatment of Cancer

Himalayan Coralberry 10 seeds ■●

A lovely ornamental shrub for cool frost free conditions to about 1m tall. It produces dark green leaves with undulate margins and masses of waxy, whitish to pink, star-shaped flowers in the spring. These are followed by small, bright red edible fruits that stay on the plant for a long time producing a very decorative display for cold greenhouse or Conservatory use.

Hanging Basket "Pink Showers" 10 pelleted seeds ■●

Bacopa cordata makes an ideal container plants growing to only 5-15cm tall but trails up to half a metre, Bacopa cordata Pinktopia  is a truly delightful plant in bright pink which is spectacular when planted on its own or with other plants in hanging baskets or containers. Sold as a multi-seeded pellet for easy sowing into modules to aid easy planting.

Probably the best trailing Begonia. True cascading habit with an abundance of 5cm double and semi double flowers that spill over in a spectacular display of colour. The pelleted seed is easy to sow with suggested two seeds per sowing cell.

‘King Coral’ reigns supreme in the garden with a sea of wondrous texture in a spectacular display of unusually gigantic flowers! Each small 1ft plant produces one king-sized coral-pink velvety head, up to a foot in diameter, that glows all season long. Fantastic in a border or in small beds as accent plants. Or grow a few tubs on the patio for a show-stopping conversation piece.

Rainbow Gum pkt seeds  ■●

Eucalyptus deglupta or rainbow eucalyptus is a tall tree that is unique among Eucalyptus in that it's the only one to live in the rainforest and only one of four species found outside of Australia. It can be found in the Philippines, Indonesia, and Papua New Guinea, where it can soar up to 250 feet. While its height is impressive, it's really the tree's multi colour bark that makes it stand out. As the rainbow eucalyptus bark sheds at different times , it first reveals a bright green inner bark but over time, this ages into different colours, blue, purple, orange, and maroon.

For the UK really only grown as a novelty as it needs tropical temperatures and I don't believe large enough trees under cover would show off their bark display.

A flore pleno version of Ipomoea purpurea  20 seeds  ■●җ

Ipomoea x imperialis Sunrise Serenade is an unusual old morning glory variety from Victorian days that has come back in fashion. Lovely deep pink and white, semi double flowers that make it quite unique. This proved to be a rampant and strong plant in our own seed trials.
