AVAILABILITY Seed is normally available at the times listed in this catalogue. However because of crop failure, perish-ability, or unexpected demand, some lines may be unavailable at the time of order. Whenever possible these items will be placed on back order for supply as soon as we receive fresh stock but we reserve the right to remove them from an order and credit customers accordingly. Payment for back ordered seeds will show as a credit on your delivery note and applied to back orders as they are dispatched. Note: we do not charge additional postage on partial shipments of back ordered seeds but we cannot partial order any international deliveries. At any time you can change your back order to another item. If partial shipments are unsuitable please list a few substitutes with your order. For small seeds in large quantities, quantities are approximate. All Hardware products are usually supplied from stock. Frost sensitive plants are normally available for delivery from May to October, after October please enquire. For orders of frost sensitive plants received November to April, these will start to ship in May on a strict first come first served basis against our backlog of orders. Hardy plants will ship all year round dependent on weather conditions and availability. Roots are available when in season.

PAYMENT Unless otherwise arranged, payment is in advance of order. Please make any cheques payable to PPW Services Ltd. Credit card transactions will be processed by JungleSeeds, which is a trading name of PPW Services Ltd. We reserve the right to claim back from customers any Bank charges incurred by PPW Services for cheques refused by their Bank.
PRICES Prices may be subject to change without notice. Plant sizes are approximate and some variation should be expected.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS All prices in our catalogue are expressed in sterling. Our seeds are intended only for export to countries where their cultivation is permitted. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to ascertain and obey all laws, that apply to the possession and cultivation of any items listed on our site or in our catalogue. Please consult local, provincial and federal laws (including pertinent laws applied to your country) before placing an order. PPW Services Ltd. do not assume any responsibility if customs or similar agencies confiscate seeds. Please note that ownership passes to the buyer once the goods are handed to the designated method of transport, accordingly, it is then the buyers insurable risk. PPW Services will not be responsible for any lost or non deliveries of any international seed orders. Due to the nature of our business we do not offer Phytosanitary certificates. We only accept orders for tubers and rhizomes within the EEC. For all non UK tuber orders please enquire for carriage charges. We do not normally accept products or plant orders for delivery outside of the UK
YOUR PRIVACY When you place an order with us we will retain your name, address and a record of your transactions on file. Only PPW Services Ltd. verified personnel will have access to this password protected and encrypted information. By placing an order with us you will automatically added to our mailing list for information about our products. If you do not wish to be included on our mailing list, please advise us. You have the right to see or correct any of your personal details held by PPW Services Ltd. Payment details are not stored electronically on any on-line computer system and deleted after processing, all hard copy customer information is also destroyed after processing. Your details are never disclosed to any thord party other than for delivery requirements.
EMAIL ADDRESS We reserve the right to use your email address to advise you the status of any outstanding order. We will also use your email address for our monthly electronic news letter unless you advise us not to.
TERMS OF ACCEPTANCE Seeds should be inspected on arrival and if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please return within 14 days at your expense and we will exchange or refund. If for any reason you are disappointed by the quality of any seed you buy from us please let us know. We give no warranty, expressed or implied, as to the description or productiveness of any seed and will not in any way be responsible for the resultant crop. The purchaser accepts the above terms when an order is placed. Products, plants and roots should be inspected on arrival and checked against the delivery note, which will be enclosed, and notify us within 2 days if there are any problems. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or the product/plant has been damaged in transit please contact us immediately. We will treat all complaints seriously and will do our best to rectify the problem. If however you have signed for the products/plants and any damage has not been noted then PPW Services Ltd. will not be responsible for any compensation. Please contact us for a returns authorisation number before sending any goods back to us. If the item is faulty, or the wrong item was delivered, we will arrange for the return, but if the return is for any other reason the customer is responsible for the full cost of the return and the goods must be returned in as new condition.
ORDERS - Please note that we have a minimum order value of £10 to cover our administration costs. We reserve the right not to accept or process your order for any reason. We reserve the right not to fulfil and to cancel orders, if we are unable to obtain full payment prior to dispatch, or in the event of any obvious inaccuracies in prices, (except that we may fulfil your order at the correct price).
GERMINATION INFORMATION Brief seed raising instructions are supplied with all orders plus comprehensive instructions for some demanding varieties in terms of a small leaflet. Tropical seeds do not all keep well and we store our seed in the best conditions we can emulate for each variety. Please sow all of your seeds from us immediately on arrival wherever possible. Germination of most tropical seeds is more difficult than typical English flower seeds with many unusual dormancy characteristics playing a key factor. Please bear this in mind when sowing our seeds and set your expectations to much lower germination percentages.
SEED DORMANCIES Some seeds contain dormancies which inhibit germination. The pre germination seed treatment we recommend to over come these dormancies will be sent with your order. To encourage even and rapid germination we recommend our advice is carried out prior to sowing.
SEEDS & ROOTS SHIPPING CHARGES - We ask for £2.25 on all seed orders and £4.95 for all Root Orders (plus 30p per tuber) towards our administration, packaging and shipping costs, please note that we charge £5.50 for any international seed orders and £7.95 plus 30p a tuber for European tuber orders. A single postage charge will cover the mailing of a number of seed packets. NB all UK seed orders; that include Tubers will automatically attract a mandatory shipping charge of £4.95 plus 30p per tuber..
PRODUCT UK SHIPPING CHARGES We use courier services for most UK mainland product shipments and all product orders attract a standard £4.50 shipping charge for up to 20kg. (Larger orders may incur an additional shipping charge). Please note: Multiple items may be held until the order is available for complete delivery.
PLANT SHIPPING CHARGES We use courier services for most plant shipments. For single plant orders the packing and delivery charge is £7.45. For each additional plant thereafter an extra cost of £2.50 is added towards the cost of packing and shipping costs. (For example an order of 3 plants will incur a delivery charge of £12.45)
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. Apart from seed orders, we do not ship any other products internationally. Please also expect significantly extended lead times from order for all international orders.
ORDER DESPATCH. Please inform us if you plan to go away so we can avoid despatching your goods at that time. We do not accept responsibility and any subsequent loss/damage of products for shipments despatched when you are on holiday.
NON MAINLAND UK SHIPPING CHARGES For Northern Ireland, UK Highlands, Isle of Man, off shore islands and the Isle of Wight, normal delivery charges do not apply for plants, roots or hardware, please enquire for a special delivery cost quotation.
