From South Africa and Mozambique, the Drakensberg agapanthus is a tall graceful agapanthus with dark blue pendulous flowers. Likes plenty of sun, and don't keep too dry in the summer. Should be hardy in most parts of the UK - probably best to apply a mulch in winter in colder areas.
