Schefflera species are wonderfully tropical plants. The dwarf schefflera (sometimes called the dwarf umbrella plant) features long, shiny, oval green leaves that droop gracefully from a central stalk with many leaflets. Schefflera will thrive alongside your other tropical plants as quite a tough house plant. Sadly, schefflera is unlikely to bloom inside, so you'll miss the spectacular long, red tentacles that pass for flowers!
