This hybrid of T. fortunei was previously though to be T. Takil but now believed to be a hardier more robust form of fortunei introduced to a town called Naini Tal in India from China in the last century. Whatever Trachycarpus fortunei Naini Tal has fuller leaves with more leaflets and definitely hardier with a more robust look making it a handsome palm for the UK hardy in most areas.
